Francis is a collaborator at Monti, Motta & Bosch Abogados.

He specializes in resolving complex civil and commercial disputes, as well as corporate law. He has advised national and international clients in negotiations, mediation, and both judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.

He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Cornell University. He further specialized in negotiation and dispute mediation at Harvard University and completed a Diploma in Economic Regulation at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

He is admitted to practice law in Chile, New York, and the District of Columbia, USA, and is a native English speaker.
