Andrés is an associate at Monti, Motta & Bosch Abogados.

He specializes in civil, commercial, administrative, and labor litigation, advising clients on conflict resolution and providing representation in both judicial and extrajudicial matters.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the University of Chile, a Master’s degree in Procedural Law from Universidad de Los Andes (2024), and a diploma in Criminal Procedure Reform. He is a member of the Bar Association and teaches Procedural Law at Universidad Mayor and Universidad San Sebastián.
